This package is for owners of a corporation that owns property or properties and is not registered as a taxpayer with the Costa Rican Tax Agency.

Fee: $775.00 USD per year, plus 13% VAT
Expenses: $90.00 USD

• Annual monitoring of properties in the National Registry.
• Celebrating annual mandatory shareholders meetings and preparing entries in legal books. Corporate domicile services.
• Filing inactive corporation tax return D 101 before the tax agency.
• Obtaining NITE, Foreigner Identification Tax Number and TIV, Virtual Access Card to file tax returns and access the ATV Tax Agency Platform.
• Filing Luxury Tax Registration Form D 179 before the tax agency.*
• Filing Property Tax Declarations at the Municipality as required by law.
• Filing shareholders and beneficiaries of companies report before Costa Rica’s central bank.
• Payment of corporate tax.*
• Payment of luxury tax.*
• Payment of property tax and trash collection services at the Municipality.*
• Representing owner in regular annual homeowners meetings, if applicable.
• Resident Agent Services: updating information at the Municipality.
